The free time is counted by our server, per PC, and only while you're in a match: a gun in view, a banner, a level-up, a killcam. Menus never count. The day resets at 00:00 UTC; the app shows when that is for you.
Menu tracking only knows what you type in, or what a menu shows when you open it. Between matches that works. During a match, it can't see what you do.

No. You pay once, and a pass ends by itself: the MW4 Pass covers every season of Modern Warfare 4, at least until October 31, 2027, and the 30-Day Pass ends after 30 days. Nothing renews and you're never charged again. When a pass ends, menu tracking stays free.
Up to 3. On another PC, open Settings → Licence and paste your key. Swapped a PC or reinstalled Windows? On the restore page you can free up all your PCs, twice in 30 days. The free time for live tracking is counted per PC.
Our server counts it for each PC. Only time in a match counts: a gun in view, a banner, a level-up, a killcam. Menus never count. The day runs on UTC and resets at 00:00 UTC; the app shows you when that is in your own time. If your hour runs out mid-match, the match can play out, for up to 10 extra minutes, and those count toward the 20 hours.
Menu tracking works offline. With a pass, live tracking keeps working offline for up to 7 days after its last check with our server. The free time is counted by our server, so free live tracking stops shortly after your connection drops, until you're back online. Your progress stays on your PC either way.
Your licence key is delivered right away. At checkout you ask for that, and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it's delivered. If something isn't right, mail us: the refund policy says when we pay you back anyway.
Not if you sent feedback during the beta and got the free licence: it stays free for you for the rest of Modern Warfare 4. Used the beta but never sent a report? On a PC where you ran the beta, one real report from the app still earns it until November 15, 2026 (23:59 UTC). New installs don't get it.
Yes, it stays free, and it doesn't unlock anything in the PC app. Its live mode shows what Live Camo Tracker on your PC tracks, over your own wifi. The iPhone app is coming soon.
