Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can try live tracking for free before you buy. Your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once your licence is delivered, because you ask for delivery right away at checkout. But if live tracking doesn't work on your PC and we can't fix it, ask within 14 days and we refund you in full.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can normally withdraw from a contract you made online within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day after the contract is made, which is the day your payment succeeds. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, you have until the end of the next working day.

A licence for Live Camo Tracker is digital content that isn't delivered on a physical medium. For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if all three of these are true:

1. you expressly asked us to deliver right away, within the 14 days;
2. you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by that;
3. we confirmed both to you on a durable medium: the confirmation e-mail we send after your payment.

At checkout you do the first two with the second box: “I want my licence delivered right away. I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered.” You can't buy without it, because we deliver every licence right after payment. The confirmation e-mail is the third. So once your licence key has been delivered, the legal right of withdrawal has ended. Our refund promise below still applies.

Before your licence is delivered

Has your payment gone through but your licence key not been delivered yet, for example because of a fault on our side? Then you can still withdraw. Mail us and you get the full price back.

If you didn't give that consent

If one of the three conditions above isn't met, for example because we never sent you the confirmation e-mail, you keep your right of withdrawal for the full 14 days. If you withdraw, you get the full price back and pay nothing for the time you used live tracking.

Our refund promise

If live tracking doesn't work on your PC and we can't fix it, ask within 14 days and we refund you in full.

• The 14 days count from the day of your payment.
• Mail us your order number and what goes wrong. A screenshot or the app's log helps. We first try to get it working with you.
• If we can't, you get the full price back, also if you already used part of the pass.
• This promise is for when live tracking doesn't work on your PC. It doesn't cover changing your mind once it does work.
• It comes on top of your legal rights, and doesn't limit them.

If it stops working later

During your pass you also have your legal guarantee. If live tracking stops working as described, for example after a game update, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract. You then get back the part of the price for the time it didn't work and for the time left on your pass. See section 11 of the terms.

How to withdraw or ask for a refund

• Mail info@livecamotracker.com with your order number and the e-mail address you bought with. A short message is enough, for example: “I withdraw from my contract for the MW4 Pass, order number …”.
• You can also use the model form below, by e-mail or by post to Kloosterweg 15, 6241 GA Bunde, the Netherlands. You don't have to use the form.
• We confirm by e-mail that we've received your message.
• You're on time if you send your message before the period ends.

How you get your money back

• We refund through our payment provider Mollie, to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal or agree to your refund. It costs you nothing. Depending on your bank or card, it can take a few more days before you see the money.
• When we refund, the licence stops and the app goes back to the free version on your PCs.
• Please mail us before you ask your bank or card company for a chargeback: a refund through us is usually quicker. If a payment is reversed, the licence stops.
